How Our Referral Program Works

We make it easy to get started

1. Send Us Your Referral

   To send a referral our way, simply fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Please give us all of the requested details.

2. We Make Contact

   We'll review the information you've provided and call your client to walk them through their options.

3. We Pay You

   For every referral who signs a property management contract, we'll pay you $250.00 and add we will always refer the property back to the referring agent.

   Agents/ Brokerages will be compensated with 20% of the monthly rental rate, upon tenant move in. No less than $300.00 will be paid to agent/ brokerage, regardless of the monthly rental rate.
